Every guest arrives with questions. Some ask before they book. Some text at 11pm the night before arrival. Either way — we’ve heard them all. Here are the ones that come up most.
What airport should I fly into?
Palm Springs International (PSP) is closest — roughly twenty minutes from most of our La Quinta properties. Compact, easy to navigate, and a world away from LAX. If you’re arriving on a private charter, Bermuda Dunes Airport and Thermal Airport are both used regularly by our guests. Send us your flight details and we’ll arrange the pickup.
Can you stock the fridge before we arrive?
Yes. Send a shopping list — or just a general sense of what you like — and we’ll take care of it before you land. Breakfast basics, beverages, snacks, a welcome bottle. This is pay-as-you-go and one of the most popular pre-arrival services we offer. Worth every penny after a long travel day.
Is the pool always heated?
The pool can be pre-heated to your preferred temperature before arrival. Just tell us your preference when you confirm your booking. Between October and April, pre-heating is our most-requested service — we’ll sort it automatically if you let us know.
Can you book PGA West tee times for us?
Yes. We have access to tee times across all nine PGA West courses — designed by Palmer, Nicklaus, Dye, Norman, and Weiskopf. Tell us when you want to play and we’ll get it confirmed. Book early in peak season (November through April). Weekend mornings fill first. Reach out as soon as you have your travel dates.
We’re coming for Coachella / Stagecoach. Can you help with logistics?
Absolutely. Private cars to and from the festival grounds, late-night returns, restocking between weekends, house setup for the group. We have been managing Coachella and Stagecoach stays for two decades. Start the conversation as early as possible — the best La Quinta properties book out months in advance for festival weekends.
What’s included versus pay-as-you-go?
Included with every stay: Wi-Fi, linens, pool access, parking, and 24/7 local support. Stays of seven nights or more also receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping refresh. Everything else — airport transfers, grocery pre-stock, tee times, private chefs, in-home spa — is pay-as-you-go. We always quote before confirming.
What happens if something goes wrong during our stay?
Text us. One of our local team will be on it the same day. We have a trusted contractor for every situation — pool heater, Wi-Fi, appliance, anything. Twenty years means we’ve seen it all and sorted it all.
