The house exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished and fully stocked, including kitchen cooking/dining/spices. The outdoors pool and hot tub are lovely and well maintained, including the grilling and dining areas. We found the management staff to be exceptionally responsive to our questions and upcoming needs. Our entire group agreed that this has been one of the best homes we have rented.

320 Legends was a treat. It was beautiful, well appointed, exceptional kitchen and gorgeous warm pool & spa!! Although a little far away from some attractions, it did not deter us from anything. Property Management company was very professional and supportive. We would love to come back!!

This was the perfect house for 6 men for a golf weekend. Everyone got their own comfortable bed. We got to watch players come through on the 14th fairway and even ordered some drinks from the cart girl. Every rental has its quirks and ours were handled by our host Karen in the quickest ways imaginable. Her communication was impeccable and we felt really taken care of.

Unfortunately, we were forced to find a new rental property just a week before our two-week stay was to start as the owner cancelled our reservation. I contacted Karen at Home Resort Destinations and within one day she found a rental property she manages for us to stay. We've traveled all over the world renting from VRBO and others but we've never experienced this level of professionalism exhibited by Karen and her company, Home Resort Destinations. This property was terrific and right on the golf course. Karen and/or her staff were extremely responsive to any question or need we had. I can't recommend Karen and her company as well as this particular home highly enough.

Recently returned from a stay at this home and can't wait to go back. Perfect location for showing at DIHP and will definitely be our go-to place in the future. The house was spotless, had everything we needed and the management was incredibly responsive, via text or call within minutes, day or night. In addition to the obvious views, etc. the most common comments from our group was how comfortable the beds were. Highly recommend this house!

8 of us had a great time. roomy, clean and pool was great. noise ordinance was a little sensitive to music (not loud) and talking

House was as described. Well kept, large home located on a fairway. Main issue is nothing is close. It’s at least a 15 minute drive to anything. The complex is strictly a housing tract with a golf course. Great place to stay if you do not want to go anywhere. Management very easy to deal with and home was very comfortable.

This was a beautiful house located right on the golf course. Just be careful as golf balls were literally flying right outside the pool area! Speaking of the pool it was great and you could adjust the heat to your liking. The outside misters were a nice touch to help keep you cool on a warm day. Inside was spacious and more than enough room for our large family gathering! The A/C worked wonders and kept the house cold. Each room also had their own A/C unit to adjust as they saw fit. I enjoyed stayed at this property and would book it again.

Only downside was dealing with the property management reception center, as they were unhelpful when an issue occurred and a guest wasn’t on the list as they were supposed to be. Everything got sorted out at the gate because the attendant was super nice. I would recommend to the owner/property manager to get a new receptionist center!

Everything to do with this property was great! From the well-equipped kitchen, to quality appliances, privacy with the floor plan, and ease of use for the pool and spa. All in all a great trip.

This particular property is priced a bit high and there didn't seem much room for negotiating, but overall we were pleased. Communication with Karen and Julia was very open and responsive. Definitely have confidence in renting from Resort HD.

A remote quarantine of sorts for a family of 5 before the school year starts. This was a great property for us - super clean, lots of space to spread out, work, play, swim. Wifi worked great doing meetings from anywhere on property and the pool is amazing. We were there when it was hot the entire time (i think the lowest daytime high was ~115) - but the house stayed cool and at least at this time of year (mid-august) the trees start to shade half the pool by 3 pm - so in the shade in the water it was amazing, even in that heat! Golf course view was optional (meaning you can swim in view or duck behind the waterfall wall for privacy - very cool). Check in was a breeze and the house was staged for arrival - very nice touch. Definitely would stay again...!

The amenities are outstanding and the space is large with room to allow for personal space. The property is very clean and inviting. They even sanitized the high touch area before we arrived which gave us great comfort. We enjoyed the pool as the house came with pool toys and a spa. I recommend this home and would book it again.

We have stayed in some pretty amazing homes on or near PGA West and they were all great, but, this house takes the prize. The pool is a lot more private than most of the houses on the golf course (we loved that) not to mention it’s huge! There was 10 of us in the pool at one time with pool floaters and toys and there was still plenty of room to swim/float around in. The house is gorgeous, the rooms are huge and the beds were all very comfortable. Julia was awesome and so helpful. She even sent us text messages to update us on warnings statuses. For me, one of my major concerns was cleanliness due to Covid 19. Julia put me at ease when she informed me that the house is vacant for a few days in between every use. The house smelled super clean when we walked in. I felt really safe the whole time. Great place to spend (more) quality time with the family.

This was a fabulous long weekend away with friends that turned into a two-week stay for my husband and me. Karen, thank you for the thoughtful (and amazingly quick) correspondence as we planned and extended our stay. The house was immaculate, well stocked with household goods (cookware, top of line appliances and serving dishes). We enjoyed our long walks through the neighborhood and golf course each morning. This really is an amazing escape that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of home. We will definitely return!

5 of us rented this home for a three day golf trip. We were joined in the evenings by 4 other friends staying at a property nearby. This group has been making this trip for over 20 years and this property was our favorite home through all the years. The property was very nicely appointed, the rooms were spacious and clean (and the beds were quite comfortable). We especially enjoyed having the pool table and bar area (a must on future trips) and the firepit in the backyard. All made for a very enjoyable weekend and a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy the company of friends.

Beautiful spacious home and we enjoyed staying there with all our family of 8 adults, 4 children and 1 infant. The separate casita was nice and private. We all loved the pool, spa and game room. All the furniture was comfortable, beds, chairs etc. The kitchen was over stocked with everything you need and more. Great stay!!

The house was beautiful, clean ans could be and the process of checking in and out was very smooth. Tammy was always available and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Legends and PGA West This home and the management really deliver an extraordinary experience. From setting up the reservation, to arrival, through the stay, and finally departure- everything was very organized.

Myself and 3 golfing buddies enjoyed (4) days at this beautiful home. Cant say enough about the professionalism of the property management company. The home was delivered as promised and the cleanliness was perfect. Worth the price!

We have rented several homes in the area but the 320 Legends through Resort Home Destinations is the best. The service is top notch, they communicate and organize all details. They are very accommodating. The house is well taken care of and leaves you wanting nothing. I would recommend stay here again.

The house was perfect for 2 families (8 adults). Plenty of room and beautiful property. The property manager was wonderful and so helpful!
Only (minor) complaint is that they don't give you enough toilet paper. 2 small rolls per bathroom isn't enough for 4 days. :(

I have rented a lot of houses in other locations and as a luxury rental with that amount of bedrooms this one stacks up.

We had an excellent time! Great pool and jacuzzi, right on the golf cousece and a just a great house.this was our 2nd stay at this house!

When you find something that works you stay with it, we have rented multiple times from

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom home with excellent public space for family dinners and general entertaining. The master bedroom is on one side of the home with guest bedrooms separated by the living/family room and kitchen. We all had a wonderful time.

Good place to recharge the batteries for any event at Coachella. Just watch for flying golfballs!

The house was exactly as advertised and was very clean and set up upon our arrival.
We had no issues during our week stay in La Quinta and this is our 4th time staying with ResortHD and we would definitely utilize their services again.

We have a group of women that go to Palm Springs every year. We have been doing this for over 30 years. I will say that this was the best location, home and experience ever. All amenities were available and in great working condition. I would highly recommend this home for a nice getaway to anyone.

The amenities in this property were top of the line in every way. Gourmet kitchen, inviting and comfortable bedrooms and baths, top of the line TV's and sound system in each room and outside. Awesome views overlooking the patio, pool and golf course to the mountains. We will certainly return and recommend to anyone.
