I must confess, I have not recently had a rental exceed expectations, however this property did just that. The ease of checking in and all the amenities were A+. The porperty itself was very well maintained, and the grounds impressive. Additionally, the house was equipped with everything to make our stay amazing, including the kitchen! We are looking forward to another stay there in the near future!

We had an fantastic time, the home was set up perfect for our group, everyone had private rooms with comfy king beds, the large kitchen made meals easy and the separate bar area made it easy to have drinks flowing all day long. Relax poolside and watch the golfers play through, highly recommend entertaining your friends or family here. We will be back for sure.

Karen’s property exceeded expectations on every level! Great house and fantastic pool, yard and fire pit. The house is extremely well appointed and you want for nothing. Julia our property manager was incredibly attentive. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around PGA West. Golfers dream property and ideal for family getaways. Thank you for a great experience!

My family and I were there the end of October 2020. There were 10 of us. House is fantastic, very spacious with all the amenities you could want. Large TV in the main room, perfect for watching football. Lounge chairs by the pool, had fitted towels to go over the comfy mattresses. The outdoor bbq had an infrared section great for grilling. Kitchen is huge, easily had 4-6 people, snacking, prepping food, cleaning up, etc. Outdoor patio area was large enough for all of to eat dinner one night. Golf course was a picturesque backyard, even though it was closed. ResortHD was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Great to work with.

"What an amazing stay! This place was designed for 1-3 families to get together and have lots of privacy and fun. Many, many thoughtful touches - some make the place look and feel luxurious, some are super functional such as the fully equipped kitchen and the super comfortable beds, sofas and seats. We were two families and had more than enough space for enjoying our time together, but also have privacy when we needed it. Lots of great memories made and captured."

We are accustomed to a small city apartment so we really enjoyed spreading out here, swimming in the pool and having family dinners. We especially enjoyed the comfy beds, luxurious towels, and the super fun margarita machine. I would definitely stay here again, and any other RESORT HD property.

Despite record breaking heat, we really enjoyed our stay at 155 Legends. Communication with the host was fantastic and the home was very well equipped. Thank you for a great time!

Overall the house is well laid out with good amenities and an excellent pool setup. We had stayed with 8 people total, including 2 - 3 year old kids. The bedroom configuration works well for separation, giving each group their own space. The TV and kitchen area are great for bringing people together. A good fire table and covered patio also work very well.

The house was missing some key cleaning items needed for along the way. The dishes were also not overly clean, but that likely stems from the previous group.

The location is quite deep in La Quinta, so if you need to head into town or neighbouring cities, you’re looking at roughly a 30 min drive.

A good stay overall, however.

We were a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 small children) who gathered for a week at Thanksgiving. The house was ideal for our family providing ample space for all. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens and the gathering spaces were clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a Thanksgiving meal - the one or two items we were missing were promptly provided by management. The setting of this home is lovely with views of the mountains and golf course. It is private and spacious. The children loved the pool but also enjoyed playing on the lawn and riding their scooters in the quiet neighborhood. Our sons enjoyed playing a few different courses nearby. Since we were there at the start of the holiday season we took the family to the Wild Lights at the Living Desert Museum which was a highlight as well as to the tree lighting at La Quinta Resort. Some family members also enjoyed the Magic of Lights at the nearby polo fields. It was a memorable stay and we would return. Management was very attentive, however, having not rented through them before we would have appreciated more communication at time of booking. We were not sure if we'd rented through a legitimate service or not and had a difficult time reaching anyone to confirm. Fortunately, all was well and we enjoyed the property.

10/10 would recommend this beautiful place. If I'm lucky enough I will get to stay in this home again.

Immaculate property, amazing pool/hot tub, under the Palms complete with indoor and outdoor dining areas and a massive sleek central bar close to an actual living Lime Tree for the Margerita Machine.

The beds, linens, towels all exceptional. Along with an amazing kitchen.

The 5th bedroom, a self contained Casita in the yard at the entrance is a total bonus.

The grounds are immaculately maintained by professional gardeners that just made this whole stay complete serenity and so relaxing.

155 Legends was the perfect getaway. The home was more luxurious than the photos show and it was a great space for entertaining our large family (including our 1 and 3 year old). The kitchen was well stocked with high-end appliances including a Vitamix, Instant Pot and everything you would need for daily family meals. The pool and outdoor lawn, along with the courtyard lawn provided the perfect space for our girls to play and they enjoyed picking lemons from the trees on property and grapefruits and oranges during our morning walks through the neighborhood. The living room was also the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with our baby daughter and the outdoor patio was great for entertaining, relaxing and watching the sun set behind the mountains during cocktail hour. This house is a must stay in the PGA West community.

As a group of three families, the house was perfect to allow us to all have our own space, while easily gathering as a large group in the common areas. The outdoor dining and living area were easily the most utilized space (aside from the pool, of course). Everything was perfectly clean and communication was easy. Highly recommend.

10 person staycation, house is beautiful with all the amenities. resorthd host were responsive to our questions. Plenty of space, kitchen and living rooms are large. Casita was nice.

First off, Karen and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. As for the house, it’s beautiful, spacious, and a truly comfortable setting for a getaway. In addition to the living room, the den is great area to take some private time or relax with a movie. The master bedroom and bathroom are both enormous, and the remaining rooms and casita are all pleasant with cozy, quality bedding. If you enjoy cooking, the open kitchen makes it easy to spend time together and is complete with all the amenities you’ll need to cook up a storm: GreenPan and cast iron frypans, Henckels knives, slow cooker, Instant Pot, Vitamix, double wall oven, etc. For coffee, there was a Keurig, standard drip, French press and Bialetti Moka Pot. The bar area that overlooks the golf course is stocked with plenty of glasses, blender, margarita machine, and all the standard drink prep tools. Though it was a little hot when we stayed, the outdoor area has a covered dining table, couch, gas fireplace, and a solid grill to cook on. Plus, there’s a fire pit that sits on the edge of the golf course. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, situated close to the house with views of both the course and mountains, and with plenty of seating. The size of the pool was perfect for our little one (and we could even swim some short laps), but it may feel a little small (and shallow) for folks bringing several kids who are bit older. Overall, this house and management team is terrific and we all agreed that we’d enjoy staying at this Airbnb again in the future.
